Jaywalking to San Francisco

I couldn't keep from casting on a new sock for long, so I'm finally knitting me some Jaywalkers. The yarn is Daffodil, one of the discontinued Knitpicks colorways. The colorway is a little difficult to describe, so I'll quote Boy on this one: "It's not as ugly as I thought it would be."


This seems a suitable project to smuggle... uh... sneak on my flight to San Francisco Monday.

In school news, I am prepared for my midterm tomorrow morning. Woo-hoo!

In wedding news, I am getting married in 47 hours and 10 minutes and my wedding shawl

still looks like this. I'm not sure even a 5-hour Knit-'til-You-Drop session at the yarn shop tonight will help. Not that I won't try...
