Swell is Swell

Finished Swell today. I love the pattern and am already planning on making several more for the upcoming holidays, maybe even one for myself. I will definitely be making a different one for my little brother...

While we all agree that Boy has a much bigger head than a homo sapien probably should, this hat would still be too small for my brother. I blame myself; I used the largest dpns I had, which did not get me anywhere near gauge. It's fine though, I'll just find a kid with an appreciation for bad-arse wool/acrylic blend hats.

The WIP list is getting kinda short, don't you think? I guess I'll go cast on something if I can get my nose out of Harry Potter. The fifth book is really stressful so far...
